SCA visits Sha Tin

The Secretary for Constitutional Affairs, Mr Stephen Lam, went to Sha Tin this afternoon (February 13) to visit a youth village and a Lunar New Year fair. He also met and exchanged views on constitutional issues with some District Council (DC) members.
Mr Lam first visited Breakthrough Youth Village, where he was briefed on its facilities and operation. He also chatted with some young participants and voluntary workers who shared their experience with him.
At the Lunar New Year fair at Yuen Wo Road, he talked to visitors and stall operators and bought some nuts and candies.
Before ending the tour, Mr Lam met with 19 Sha Tin DC members and talked about constitutional issues.
