USCMA attends constitutional development seminar hosted by Central & Western district organisations (1) The Under Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Lau Kong-wah (third left), attended a consultation development seminar organised by the CW Power and Association of Hong Kong Central & Western District and co-organised by Central and Western Women Association to exchange views with participants on the "Consultation Document on the Methods for Selecting the Chief Executive in 2017 and for Forming the Legislative Council in 2016" this evening (March 6).
