The Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Raymond Tam (third right), and the Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development, Mr Gregory So (first right), attended a meeting organised by the Small and Medium Enterprises Committee (SMEC) to exchange views with participants on the "Consultation Document on the Methods for Selecting the Chief Executive in 2017 and for Forming the Legislative Council in 2016" this morning (February 18).
