SCMA attends forum hosted by Hong Kong Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (Provincial) Members Association (1) The Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Raymond Tam, today (December 19) attended a forum hosted by the Hong Kong Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (Provincial) Members Association to exchange views with participants on the "Consultation Document on the Methods for Selecting the Chief Executive in 2017 and for Forming the Legislative Council in 2016".
