The Government held a public forum at Sha Tin Town Hall this evening (March 6) to listen to public views on the proposal to legislate against stalking and the key elements of the proposed legislation. The Under Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Miss Adeline Wong (right), is pictured speaking at the Public Forum. Also present was the Deputy Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Arthur Ho.
