Basic Law Roving Show to be held in Times Square on Sunday

     The Constitutional and Mainland Affairs Bureau will hold the Basic Law Roving Show at the Open Piazza, Times Square, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, at 2.30pm on Sunday (March 27). The show is open to the public free of charge.

     This event will be both informative and entertaining. Besides performances by popular entertainers, including Khalil Fong, Fiona Sit, Chau Pak Ho, MC Jin & KT, Fama, Jason Chan, Ken Hung, Dik Tat, CAllStar, Benji & Lesley and Phil Lam, there will be exhibition panels introducing the content and implementation of the Basic Law to the public, to enhance their knowledge and understanding of the Basic Law.

     This will be the fifth in the series of roving shows organised by the Constitutional and Mainland Affairs Bureau at popular shopping arcades in various districts to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the promulgation of the Basic Law. Apart from receiving souvenirs, the audience can also participate in quizzes and win prizes.

     The fourth roving show was held on February 27, at the MegaBox, Kowloon Bay and received an enthusiastic response.
