First public forum on Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (with photo)

The Government this evening (November 4) held the first public forum to invite public views on the legislative proposals , as set out in the "Report on Public Consultation on Review of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance", at the Youth Square, Chai Wan. The Under Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Miss Adeline Wong (second left), is pictured speaking at the public forum. Also present are (from left) the Deputy Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Arthur Ho, the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, Mr Allan Chiang, and the Chief Legal Counsel of the Office of the Privacy Commissoner for Personal Data, Ms Brenda Kwok.
