SCMA attends forum on constitutional development (1) The Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Stephen Lam, attended a forum organised by the Hong Kong Chinese Importers' and Exporters' Association this afternoon (February 8) to listen to the views of participants on the Consultation Document on the Methods for Selecting the Chief Executive and for Forming the Legislative Council in 2012.
