SCMA attends dinner on constitutional development (1) The Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Stephen Lam, attends a dinner organised by the Hong Kong Medical Association this evening (February 4) to listen to the views of participants on the Consultation Document on the Methods for Selecting the Chief Executive and for Forming the Legislative Council in 2012. Also attending the dinner were the Under Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Miss Adeline Wong (second right), and the Under Secretary for Food and Health, Professor Gabriel Leung (first right).
