The Acting Permanent Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Arthur Ho (centre ), today (May 4) called on people to treasure their civil rights and show their care for Hong Kong by registering as voters. Mr Ho was attending the 2008 Voter Registration Campaign mini-concert. He said that the voter registration campaign this year would end in less than two weeks' time on May 16. Mr Ho is pictured with guests participating at the mini-concert's opening ceremony.
