The Chief Secretary for Administration, Mr Henry Tang, today (August 21) hosted a luncheon for the chairmen and vice-chairmen of the 18 District Councils (DCs) as part of the public consultation on the Green Paper on Constitutional Development. During the luncheon, Mr Tang said the Government would work closely with the DCs in promoting government services in the districts. The Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Stephen Lam, and the Secretary for Home Affairs, Mr Tsang Tak-sing, also attended the luncheon.
