Following is the transcript (English portion) of a media session by the Secretary for Constitutional Affairs, Mr Stephen Lam, after attending a cross-strait, Hong Kong and Macao youth leaders forum this (December 9) afternoon: SCA: I am delighted to have the opportunity to take part in today's cultural exchange seminar. I believe that this is a useful occasion for us to deepen and strengthen communication between the Mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan. I have also announced just now that the HKSAR Government has approved the application of Madam Lu Ping to come and work in Hong Kong. We look forward to welcoming her and we believe that her work in Hong Kong will facilitate the strengthening of cultural ties between Hong Kong and Taiwan.
