Procedures for Access to Information

Constitutional and Mainland Affairs Bureau has designated Ms Sherry CHOW as the Access to Information Officer who is responsible for ensuring that requests for access to information under the Code are properly dealt with in accordance with the specified procedures.

Written requests should be submitted through online application, or filling in the application form for access to information and submitted to the Access to Information Officer either in person, by fax, by email or by mail. The application should be addressed to:
