SCMA to attend Hong Kong/Guangdong Co-operation Joint Conference in Guangzhou

 The Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Raymond Tam, will accompany the Chief Executive to attend the 19th Plenary of the Hong Kong/Guangdong Co-operation Joint Conference in Guangzhou on September 14 (Wednesday).
Mr Tam will return to Hong Kong in the evening on the same day. During his absence, the Under Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Ronald Chan, will be the Acting Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs.
