SCMA holds dialogue with Basic Law ambassadors (with photos)

The Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Raymond Tam, holds a dialogue this afternoon (August 4) with about a dozen youngsters who have taken part in the 12th Hong Kong Basic Law Ambassador Training Scheme and exchanges views with them on how Hong Kong forges co-operation with the Mainland under "one country, two systems". Organised by the Joint Committee for the Promotion of the Basic Law of Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Basic Law Ambassador Training Scheme is aimed at enhancing young people''s understanding of the Basic Law through a series of training programmes.
