HKSAR submits follow-up reports on UN human rights treaties

     The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) has submitted its follow-up report to the Concluding Observations of the United Nations (UN) Human Rights Committee on the third report of the HKSAR in the light of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.

     The HKSAR Government has also submitted its response to the List of Issues raised by the UN Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights on the second report of the People's Republic of China (incorporating the HKSAR's report) under the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights.
