The Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Stephen Lam, officiated at the Symposium in Commemoration of the 20th Anniversary of the Promulgation of the Basic Law of the HKSAR this afternoon (December 11). The symposium was organised by the Joint Committee for the Promotion of the Basic Law of Hong Kong and sponsored by the Constitutional and Mainland Affairs Bureau. Mr Lam is shown delivering a speech on Hong Kong/Guangdong Co-operation under "One Country, Two Systems".
