Second public forum on Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (with photo)

The Government this evening (November 29) held the second public forum to invite public views on the legislative proposals, as set out in the "Report on Public Consultation on Review of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance", at the Tsuen Wan Town Hall, Tsuen Wan. The Under Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Miss Adeline Wong (second right), is pictured speaking at the public forum. Also present are (from right) the Deputy Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Arthur Ho; the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, Mr Allan Chiang; and the Chief Legal Counsel of the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, Ms Brenda Kwok.
