The Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Stephen Lam, and representatives from the Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau, the Transport and Housing Bureau and the Environmental Protection Department will meet officials of the National Development and Reform Commission to discuss the preparatory work of the SAR Government in complementing the National 12th Five-Year Plan during his visit to Beijing.
Mr Lam will leave Hong Kong tomorrow (January 14) and will return on Friday afternoon (January 15). During his absence, the Under Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Miss Adeline Wong, will be Acting Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs.
