The Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Stephen Lam, and representatives from the Environment Bureau, Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau, and the Transport and Housing Bureau will meet officials of the National Development and Reform Commission in Beijing tomorrow (May 7) to discuss the preparatory work of the SAR Government in complementing the 12th Five-Year Plan.
Mr Lam will leave Hong Kong this evening (May 6) and will return to Hong Kong tomorrow evening. During his absence, the Under Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Raymond Tam, will be Acting Secretary.
