The working group of the Organising Committee for the Hong Kong-Taiwan Inter-city Forum returned to Hong Kong today (February 24). The working group met with relevant parties yesterday (February 23) in Taichung City and made concrete progress on the arrangements for the forum. The Permanent Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Joshua Law, who is the Chairman of the Organising Committee, wished that the forum could create a new platform to further develop the relationship between Hong Kong and Taiwan.
