The Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Stephen Lam, today (March 14) hosted a lunch for speakers of a forum on cross-strait affairs and representatives of the forum's joint organisers, CS Culture Foundation and the Taiwan Business Association (HK) Ltd. Mr Lam said Hong Kong had continued to increase contacts with Taiwan over the last few years. Every year, academics and other parties from the Mainland, Taiwan and Hong Kong had attended the forum in Hong Kong and exchanged views over a wide range of subjects. He encouraged the Taiwan Business Association (HK) Ltd to continue to contribute towards the economic development in the three places.
