The Permanent Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Joshua Law, met with representatives of the Hong Kong Association of International Co-operation of Small and Medium Enterprises this (October 5) afternoon. Mr Law outlined the key issues set out in the Green Paper on Constitutional Development and listened to their views as part of the public consultation exercise.
