Liaise with OCMFA on the conduct of HKSAR’s external affairs
Oversee the policy on functions and housekeeping of the Mainland Offices and the Hong Kong Economic, Trade and Cultural Office in Taiwan (the Mainland and Taiwan Offices)
Handle matters relating to the conduct of Hong Kong/Taiwan relations
Provide secretariat support for the Hong Kong-Taiwan Economic and Cultural Cooperation and Promotion Council and the Exchanges with Taiwan Funding Scheme
