Assistant Commissioner for the Development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (1)
- To assist the Commissioner for the Development of the Greater Bay Area and the Deputy Commissioner for the Development of the Greater Bay Area in formulating the overall publicity and promotion strategy, including collaborating with relevant bureaux and departments as well as related organisations, and strengthening liaison with stakeholders to motivate different sectors of the community to participate in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (Greater Bay Area) development, and in overseeing the implementation of the publicity and promotion work
- To assist in the liaison with the Mainland authorities as well as the Macao Special Administrative Region Government in taking forward Greater Bay Area development
- To offer advice and support to the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in Guangdong and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Development Promotion Centre on their work to enhance publicity and promotion in the Mainland cities of the Greater Bay Area and provide support to Hong Kong residents and enterprises there
- To assist in overseeing the operation of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Development Office, including matters concerning financial and human resources
- To assist in overseeing strategies and measures of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government to take forward Greater Bay Area development, including providing policy support to various bureaux and co-ordinating cross-bureau efforts
