CS' Q&A session at press conference

Following is the transcript (English portion) of the Question and Answer session of a press conference given by the Chief Secretary for Administration, Mr Donald Tsang, tonight (April 6):
Reporter: Will the public be involved in ...... the preparation of the report?
Chief Secretary for Administration: The public has been totally involved in the preparation of my report, which will be made to the Chief Executive by the middle of this month. And I am sure whatever recommendations or what report that C.H. (the Chief Executive) will make to the NPC Standing Committee as regards electoral arrangements in 2007 and 2008 could be made in the
light of our Report.
Reporter: What happened ......to the majority......?
Chief Secretary for Administration: I am sure we will reflect fully the views of the people in our Report. And I am sure that the Chief Executive will take our Report into account in whatever recommendations or reports he personally would make to the NPC Standing Committee.
