CS' transcript at press conference

The following is the transcript (English portion) of the Question and Answer session of a press conference given by the Chief Secretary for Administration, Mr Donald Tsang, today (March 30):
Reporter: What was the response of the officials you met in Shenzhen today ...is there any word that the Standing Committee had come to different conclusions on the same issue next week?
Chief Secretary for Administration: Well, they have listened very carefully. They are certainly interested in answers to the same questions. Indeed, before we conducted our detailed discussions here, during our consultation with them in February, we agreed those were relevant questions. So I am sure when the Standing Committee discusses this matter, they would refer to
these questions. And they would certainly reference to the materials we have collected for this purpose. But of course the final decision rests with the National People's Congress Standing Committee. I am not in a position to speculate on what eventually they would judge on this matter.
