Cross-cultural Learning Programme for Non-Chinese Speaking Youth

Background

The project was started in October 2006 to help non-Chinese speaking youth to integrate into the wider society through such means as Cantonese lessons and mentorship programmes.

The Constitutional and Mainland Affairs Bureau has sponsored three non-governmental organizations - Baptist Oi Kwan Social Service, Caritas Hong Kong and the Young Men's Christian Association of Hong Kong (CSW Centre) - to implement the project in 2009.
