Mr Tam distributes souvenirs to the public to appeal for greater support for the "Consultation Document on the Methods for Selecting the Chief Executive in 2017 and for Forming the Legislative Council in 2016". Leaflets of the Consultation Document in six ethnic minority languages are available for collection at the event.
