SCMA continues visit in Xi'an (with photos)

The delegation of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government (HKSARG) led by the Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Raymond Tam, visited facilities related to the Belt and Road Initiative in Xi''an this morning (October 16) to get a better understanding of Shaanxi Province''s latest developments in support of the initiative.
