SCMA concludes visit in Changsha and Zhengzhou (with photos)

     The Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Raymond Tam, today (July 30) continued his visit in Zhengzhou, Henan.

     Upon his arrival in Zhengzhou last evening, Mr Tam met with Hong Kong people doing business in Zhengzhou to learn about their life and work in the municipality.

     Today, he had a meeting with the Deputy Governor of the Henan Provincial Government, Mr Zhao Jiancai, and the Vice Mayor of the Zhengzhou Municipal Government, Mr Xue Yunwei, to exchange views on issues of mutual concern and the latest developments of Henan and Zhengzhou.

     Mr Tam also toured the central business district of Zhengzhou and visited the Zhengzhou Airport Economic Integrated Experimental Zone, the first state-level new district led by airport-based economy approved by the State Council, to understand the latest developments of Henan with a view to exploring new opportunities for Hong Kong businessmen.

     Mr Tam returned to Hong Kong this evening after concluding his three-day visit to Changsha and Zhengzhou.
