Speaking at a seminar on assisting Liaoning enterprises to "go global" in Dalian today (April 28), the Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Raymond Tam, said that Hong Kong and Liaoning would enjoy mutual benefits by complementing each other''s strengths. He added that Hong Kong is an ideal and effective platform for Mainland enterprises to explore the international market.
