The Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Raymond Tam, will leave Hong Kong on April 8 to accompany the Chief Executive to visit Wuhan and Shanghai.
Mr Tam will return to Hong Kong on April 10. During his absence, the Under Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Lau Kong-wah, will be the Acting Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs.
