The Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Raymond Tam, will depart for Beijing on March 3 to accompany the Chief Executive to pay visits to central ministries.
Mr Tam will return to Hong Kong on March 5. During his absence, the Under Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Lau Kong-wah, will be the Acting Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs.
