SCMA introduces consultation document to North District Council (1)
The Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Raymond Tam (third right), attends a meeting with the North District Council this morning (February 13) to brief council members on the "Consultation Document on the Methods for Selecting the Chief Executive in 2017 and for Forming the Legislative Council in 2016" and to listen to their views.
