The Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Raymond Tam (right), distributed leaflets to members of the public in Aberdeen this afternoon (January 5) , to promote the "Consultation Document on the Methods for Selecting the Chief Executive in 2017 and for Forming the Legislative Council in 2016".
